Mohammad Abu Shaban is a highly accomplished legal professional with over 20 years of experience in Abu Dhabi, specializing in commercial law. As the Managing Partner, he leads our legal department, overseeing entity establishment, litigation, arbitration, and regional business development.

Abu Shaban is well-versed in UAE Commercial Companies Law, Labour Law, and Commercial Agency Law, and has extensive experience consulting for international companies, including Parsons International, Italferr, and TOTAL. He has successfully established and represented businesses across various sectors, including construction, healthcare, and real estate, while also managing portfolios for distinguished individuals, including members of the UAE royal family.

In addition to his legal practice, Abu Shaban collaborates with top local and international law firms on critical legal matters and has contributed to legal discourse through published articles in prominent Arabic newspapers. He also serves as a part-time faculty member at the New York Institute of Technology in Abu Dhabi, teaching courses in Labour Law and Business Law.
